OUR GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please let the salon know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within one week of your original appointment date. There are no cash refunds for any services provided.


CANCELLATIONS

We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointment for any service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge that is 75% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service cost.


GRATUITY

We thank you for choosing us for your beauty needs. We hope you enjoyed your experience with us. With our current operating system, our salon will only be accepting gratuity via Venmo or by cash. Thank you for continuing to grow with us!


PRIVACY POLICY

We will collect personal information about you, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and mailing address, when you provide it while on Gwynne Mims Salon Websites. You may provide this information when you are registering or when you are otherwise communicating with Gwynne Mims Salon. Your personal information is only used by Gwynne Mims Salon to respond to your requests and communicate with you about products and services offered by Gwynne Mims Salon that may be of interest to you.


RETAIL RETURNS

We pride ourselves in not only providing exemplary hair services, but also in educating our clients on how to reproduce their salon style at home. We gladly stand by our product recommendations. In-Store Purchases that have not been opened or used may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Products that have been opened or used may be exchanged for a replacement product or retail credit within 14 days of purchase.
