Gwynne Mims has been creating beautiful hair since 2003, specializing in effortlessly natural blondes, luminous brunettes, and transformative cuts. After honing her craft in high-end salons and the fashion world in New York City, she returned to her native Jacksonville to open her eponymous salon in 2014. Duane’s passion for beauty began at an early age, inspired by childhood visits to the salon alongside his grandmother. Recognizing the confidence and transformation that great hair can create, he pursued a career in hairstyling and began his professional training in Orlando, refining his skills in several respected Florida salons. After relocating to Jacksonville, Duane joined Gwynne Mims Salon at its opening and has been an integral part of the team ever since. He is known for his expertise in highlights—both foil and freehand balayage—his exceptional work with redheads, and precision haircuts. Amanda Heyliger - Stylist

Amanda Heyliger is a highly skilled hairstylist with nearly a decade of experience and a refined approach to hair artistry. Known for her expertise with fine hair and her ability to create soft, dimensional blondes, Amanda pairs technical precision with a warm, engaging presence that puts clients instantly at ease. After several years with our salon, she stepped away while her husband was stationed in Pensacola with the U.S. Navy. She joyfully rejoined our team in 2024, bringing her signature energy, confidence, and elevated service back to the salon. When she’s not behind the chair, Amanda enjoys time with her husband and daughter.
